In my Somatic Bodywork with Breathwork and Energy Work sessions, one of the core focuses is on releasing trauma stored within the body. Through gentle touch, breathwork techniques, and energy clearing practices, we create a safe space for the release of emotional and physical tension held in the body. By addressing trauma on a somatic level, we help clients process and release stored emotions, memories, and energetic blockages.
